ABOUT US

Otesoro is based in London, England and is currently run as a one woman band, by its founder, Jessie Burn. Jessie, a Londoner herself, spent several years in Spain, in order to learn her grandmother's native tongue and it was here that she formulated plans for Otesoro and came up with its name. Tesoro means treasure in Spanish. She added 'O' to the beginning of the word as a phonic nod to the "Ooohhh" one might exclaim when stumbling across treasures for the home!

Otesoro's long term mission is to showcase the work of UK based artists, designers and makers and to provide an antidote to our throw away culture, by showing that objects that seem out dated or out of fashion can be revamped and have new life breathed into them with a little love and colour.
